Hello everyone,
Thanks for coming to my page. Orangewood Children's Foundation has been providing hope, direction, and a sense of family to local foster youth for over 25 years. These kids, often victims of abuse, neglect and abandonment, are given the guidance and tools they need to overcome, achieve, and realize their dreams.
On October 10th, 2010, I will be competing in the Orange County Triathlon in Mission Viejo, California. It's an Olympic-Distance event, which means I'll cover almost a mile of open water swimming, 25 miles on the bike, and 6 miles on foot. The 3 hours of effort is nothing compared to what these kids must endure constantly, so please help in supporting this organization and cause.
And if you were thinking of getting me a gift this year, don't! Donate to Orangewood instead. Your presence in my life is gift enough!
