My Orangewood

The Orangewood Children's Foundation “My Orangewood” program is a great way to celebrate or mark an occasion and give to abused and neglected children at the same time. In a few easy steps, you can share your passion for Orangewood with family, friends and colleagues. You can set up your campaign at meaningful points in your life, such as:

Celebrations: a birthday, wedding, birth/adoption, etc.;
Business or personal accomplishments: a business anniversary, wedding anniversary or personal goal such as running a marathon or climbing a mountain
The passing of a loved one who shared your passion for children in need

About My Orangewood

My Orangewood campaigns can be set up for anything in your life. Why not forgo gifts you don't want or don't need on your birthday or during the holidays, and instead have family and friends help local abused children instead? Use your imagination!

	Birthday Make your birthday matter. Give up the gifts this year and ask for your age in dollars.			Special Occasions Ask friends to help an Orangewood child instead of buying a gift for your wedding, graduation, anniversary, bar or bat mitzvah, baby show or christening.
	A New Baby Celebrate a birth or adoption by helping an Orangewood child who hasn’t had the benefit of loving, stable parents.			Holidays Tell friends to save the harried trip to the mall and the wrapping paper and donate to Orangewood at Christmas, Hanukkah, Easter, Mother’s/Father’s Day, etc.
	Sports Celebrate a personal sports accomplishment such as completing a 5 or 10k, a marathon, a triathlon, climbing a mountain, etc.			In Memory Of... Honor the memory of someone you love by raising money to improve the lives of abused & neglected children in our communities.
	Business Promote your company and generate good will by helping out Orangewood Children’s Foundation.			Be Creative Start a lemonade stand, shave your head, grow a beard, give up smoking - the possibilites are endless!

		My Orangewood Page When you set up your My Orangewood page, you'll have the opportunity to personalize it with a name you choose, a dollar goal and suggested giving levels, your own photos and your own personal message about why you think Orangewood is a worthy cause they should support.
