Orangewood Foundation was founded in 1981 and today is one of the leading providers of services to foster and community youth in Orange County. Foundation programs focus on four critical areas: health & wellness, housing, life skills & employment, and education. Recognizing that 46% of foster youth do not graduate from high school, in August 2013 the Foundation opened Samueli Academy, a free public charter high school for community, underserved and foster teens and located in Santa Ana. In June 2017, our inaugural graduating class had a 99% graduation rate with 97% of students continuing on to college. Annually, Orangewood Foundation serves almost 2,000 foster and community youth. Please join us in the joy of gift giving to the community during this holiday season.  This year we are raising funds for the Orangewood Foundation, Foster and Community Youth Services.  An organization that provides support, care, and love to the youth in our community who need it most.  By making a donation, you enable the foundation to serve even more youth in the community who care about their success.

$10 – Buys a bus pass for one of our youth

$100 – Pays for a high school graduation expense

$500 – Pays for a college student’s textbooks for a semester

$1000 – Pays for a youth’s 1-on-1 weekly therapy sessions for three months
